tried this bread and loved it yes it is a bit different in texture, but still satisfies the bread craving especially when used for sandwiches and Don't use a plastic bowl or make sure you have a standing mixer or if your kitchen is one to get rather warm while cooking, don't even try, the whites will not fluff. 

This is incredibly great for snacks I made a double recipe right off as I was having guests and was hoping to have leftovers. That didn't pan out it all went lightweight,  Really delicious
